We will evaluate your unit and provide an estimate for repair.
Device is still under warranty
If your device is still under warranty, email support@usa-ptt.com and provide your serial number. We will supply you a support ticket RMA for tracking. We will ship you a warranty replacement unit. Take the SIM from the defective unit and install in your replacement unity and fire it up. Simply put the defective unit in the same box and use the supplied UPS label and send it back to us. We will charge you for the replacement unit if we do not receive the defective unit back within 30 days
Device is out warranty
If your unit is out warranty, email support@usa-ptt.com and provide the complaint. We will try troubleshooting remotely. If we cannot fix the issue remotely, we will issue a trouble ticket.
